The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The staff here (very friendly! ) helped us with our wine selections during dinner. Breakfast was decent too, featuring a variety of pastries.

staff is exceptionally friendly, going out of their way to make your stay memorable. We were particularly impressed by the comfortable room and the option for local wine tastings right on-site. However, dining choices could use more variety.

During my stay, the air conditioning was inadequate, with uncomfortably high temperatures in the room even after asking for adjustments. Additionally, the overall ambiance felt tarnished by some cleanliness issues in the common areas, which detracted from the otherwise lovely setting.

Couples seeking relaxation

The staff was exceptionally friendly! especially when we had a little hiccup with our dinner plans. They even opened the kitchen for us so we could eat, and that made our stay feel special.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for the experience we had.

This was just an appropriate option for a relaxing holiday in Lamego with value for money. The pool area is amazing, providing a great spot to unwind after exploring the beautiful vineyards. Consider renting a car for easier access to local attractions.

our stay at quinta de casaldronho wine was fantastic! the suite was beautiful and private, perfect for our honeymoon. the pool deck offered stunning views among the vineyards, and the staff were incredibly friendly, even upgrading us. the breakfast was delicious, and the comfortable bed made our stay even better.

the driving roads to the hotel can be a bit tricky.

However, the hotel's location necessitates renting a car to explore the area, which could be inconvenient for some. Additionally, the drive to the property might be challenging. While the stay was pleasant, the distance from the city center was something to consider.
